2013 Competitive Soccer Tryouts

IR ACADEMY is very proud to announce its new Player Development Curriculum for local youth soccer players. Similar to European Development Principles and the new US Soccer Federation Curriculum, IR ACADEMY will implement a Club-wide Player Development Curriculum in 2013, focusing on essential player development principles designed to teach the necessary skill techniques required to succeed as a developing player.

Some key-points of the Club’s Development Curriculum include:

Club structure focused on comprehensive Player Development
Skills Development training (focused technical skills training methods)
Documented Development - 3 detailed “Player Development Reports” during the season
Academy Fridays – additional skills training, dedicated keeper training & Free-Play Fridays
All Club teams will compete in the NorCal Premier Soccer League

Other Club features include: Dedicated Club keeper trainers, (lighted) turf fields when appropriate, “Special Guests” summer training sessions, new custom Lotto uniform kit /equipment partnership & affordable Club fees.
